  • Additional info
  • OPPOSITE Dover Ferry & 5min walk to town or beach! A Georgian home.

WALKING DISTANCE TO: beach, train, coach, pier, white cliffs walk, cinema, shops, restaurants, castle, country, museum, pubs, lighthouse, roman findings, farms, etc... we even have a Dover 'Panic Room'!! The Dover Ferry port is outside for day trips to France (all on foot!) and the coach directly to London too! ...10mins to eurotunnel for driving to France & Europe if you want another option aside from the Ferry.

Canterbury cathedral & city, museums, castle & roman history a bus/train ride away. And Deal Castle, Walmer Castle, four different wild animal sanctuaries are in adjacent areas too. The White Cliffs are IN our garden and the White Cliffs walk up to the old Victorian Lighthouse begins at the end of our road (8 doors down!).

This is such a historical area with a free museum housing the oldest boat in the world - 4,500 years old, and found here in Dover. We also have the oldest standing building in England - a 1st century Roman lighthouse at the Castle grounds, and the best preserved Roman fresco's in England, in the Painted House, which is just £3 entry!... all of this is walking distance.

Its historic, with great eateries and easy access to everywhere!
