  • DescriptionHelp required for cleaning & gardening of an exclusive B&B in Durness, Highland.

We are a couple, no children, no pets and keep our space clean and tidy. We are running part of the house as an exclusive B&B recently open.

The house is situated on the coast overlooking the sea and with great views of the nearby mountains. The days of midsummer are almost endless, with almost twenty hours of daylight and nature is busy all around. The weather here is varied, with it possible to experience four seasons in one day! If you love nature and value open space and unspoilt places, then this is the perfect spot for you to work, be active with your outdoor activities, read, relax or simply recharge your self.

One of us spent many happy childhood years growing up here, before moving to the SE of England, the other has become familiar with Cape Wrath following ten years of family holidays in the area. We both decided to leave our jobs in London and our newly renovated suburban home for a new life in the refreshing and inspirational landscape of the NW Highlands. Our backgrounds are in fashion, design, photography & teaching, and we would be happy to share our passion for and knowledge in these areas, as well as our wider interests in art, music and culture.

We are busier than ever working hard and enjoying the creative challenge of making a new life here and we greatly enjoy meeting and working with creative people who appreciate landscape, weather, nature, culture and the simple things in life. We look forward to meeting a lovely and passionate person to work together sharing the special local environment with you and hope that we will all benefit from such an exchange.

We will offer private accommodation nearby the house.
