    On the environment we are dealing with tree nurseries establishment, tree planting, river conservation, animal protection and environmental awareness creation.

  • Type of work We are fighting strongly to maintain and retain daily leaving to be natural.
    We encourage our communities to utilise sustainably all resources around them:
    These include:
    Encouraging organic farming,
    Reduce pollution,
    Sustainable grazing,
    Improve housing,
    Maintain cultural and arts,
    Eco charcoal production,
    Beekeeping,
    Tree nursery management
    Clay oven construction,
    Fish farming.

  • Hours per day 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
  • Work requirements: Regardless skill/profession or experience we need volunteers who are willing/desired to join hands in our daily activities which in turn improves livelihood of our rural communities but also make both parties to learn as well as sharing exp.

  • Accommodation: We provide accommodation here and a space for workshops such as the manufacture of straw or clay objects, cook typical dishes, making Masai jewels and much more. Workshops need to be arranged in advance and may have extra costs in case specific materials are required.

  • We require a fee of 95 US$ per week, in exchange of accommodation, food, transport, airport pick-up and Kiswahili lessons. Fees can be further negotiated in case of long term volunteering.

    Project Initiators are also really important for us! Project proposals need to be related to either education, environmental sustainability, or creation of sources of income. Funds to initiate the project need to be created by the volunteer, since our resources are scarce. In these cases, volunteering costs and required time commitment will be discussed and agreed upon.
